Curbs in drive-through's are unnecessarily high, extend out past too far, require folks using drive up banking to get TOO CLOSE to even reach intercoms, and are impossible to see from any vehicle - resulting my first curbed wheel in 15 years of driving. Watch out.

It has been 2 months I contacted bank customer service for my issue with promotional deal they gave me. Since I talked to them the first time on 5/19, I have never received any update or returned call even though they promised me they would call me back. I called back again and was told they're working on it. That was a month and a half ago and no returned call, no email, no communication, nothing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK WITH MONEY!! I closed my accounts with this bank and in search for a new and decent one now.
