I bought a Hustler ZTR at A-1 a few weeks ago. Immediately after starting to use it the mulching blades had a problem. Tom in the service department did a great job working with Hustler and their warranty area to make sure I was taken care of and there would no longer be an issue with my mower.

I bought my lawnmower from there years ago. I took it in for a warranty recall and service. They said it would be no more than a couple of weeks. I agreed as long as it wasn't longer than that. Long story short, it was in there a lot longer, and the mechanic at that time was being a sarcastic ?. This was while the owner was on vacation, of course. We had our words after it had been in there twice as long, and they wouldn't give me a date to pick it up. A couple of days go by, and I got the call to come and get it. They were rude and unprofessional when I went to pick it up.
Fast forward to today (years later). NO ONE has touched my lawnmower since. I find they rigged up a hanger completely upside down on the deck, for who knows why other than maybe they lost a 50 cent pin and we had words. I am embarrassed of myself for only now discovering it. Needless to say, I said I would never go to that store again, and this only adds to the reasons why I would never go back. I'll add photos of how it is supposed to look and how they have it.

I took my rider cub cadet mower here. After they had it over three months, many unreturned phone calls and hundreds of dollars over their first quote they delivered my still not working mower. After calling them to report the mower was still not working they rudely responded saying the mower worked when they dropped it off when no-one was home and it absolutely didn't. Then proceeded to tell me if they were going to look at again I would be charged another fee to pick it up. This is the worst business I've ever done business with! They are not competent in repairs nor is the customer service up to par. I try to shop locally however I would rather go an hour outta my way before going back here!

I used A-1 Power Equipment to service my Ryobi zero turn riding mower. I was very pleased with the speed at which they got the job done. I just needed the cutting deck leveled but they also filled my tire air pressure, added grease and sharpened my blades. They even picked up and dropped off the mower. And the price they charged was very reasonable. I will be going back to them any time I need my mower serviced!

Entered the store looking to buy from this place of business only to be looked at as though I should never have entered. No greeting, no willingness to provide input on products that would best suit our needs. When older folks like us go to look for equipment, we normally pay cash because we dont believe in owing anyone.. I'm a disabled veteran and I believe in treating all with respect and dignity. That's not what we received when we entered this establishment sad to say.
