A gentleman by the name of John installed windshield wipers on my car during the wind and rain today. Didn’t even bat an eye. Then to top it all off he wrestled for about 10 min with my $15 off coupon code. Nothing would dissuade him from giving up, despite the very blurry photo. I will be coming back, knowing this branch will go the extra mile to ensure the needs of my vehicle are efficiently and thoroughly met.

This place deserves Zero stars , I went in sunday December 31st at 1:30 p.m. for rotors for the front of my truck they said there's two different versions so I told him give me both and I'll figure it out and bring back the ones I don't need. Spent the next hour and a half. Trying to figure out why that neither set was working. Finally called them. The guy that sold me the rotors answer the phone and I asked him if he could look up the part numbers. He looks them up in the part number is neither of the sets that he gave me, I have the truck completely tore apart. No way to get there. I asked him if they can run them to me. I'm at a business not a residential address. He says no. There's only 2 other guys working and neither one of them can deliver parts.Also, while I was in there, there was somebody that brought in an ampmeter saying that they were supposed to sell them a voltmeter.This place has a bunch of guys just hanging around chit chatting and not paying attention to what they're doing.

I hate to even rate a 1 star I was simply just checking my tire out and the older man employee came out and told me you can't do that here then he must of told the manager the manager told me rudely that you need to move your car which I was parked where the other cars were which didn't make sense because it's a parts store
