They were able to get my dog in immediately
He has a horrible inner ear infection, it was getting so bad that his ear looked like corn flour here and he was literally walking sideways I took him to the vet this morning tonight he's walking straight and not saying his ears completely healed yet but he's already walking straight and acting better they are awesome for white people that are great with animals and their mommies or daddies

Helped out my pup that sprained her ankle. She’s old but doesn’t realize it yet and overdid it. Got us in quick and got her some anti-inflammatories.

Our experience from start to finish has been great! We started out taking our puppy here for his initial vaccines- a few weeks later, he developed a cherry eye & this veterinary clinic has gone above and beyond for us. They’re respectful, clear, and communicative through every step. And AFFORDABLE!

We had to take my mom's tea cup Yorkie in to help ease his passing as he was holding on way past when he needed. It was quite expensive considering we had quotes for half the price but just no openings available. The dog was so tiny they couldn't use normal measures due to such small veins so his very last moments awake were not with his mommy which sucked but they were very careful with him, they seemed caring and they seemed genuinely sad for the situation. I do wish they had a cheaper price and or a sliding scale considering my mom is on a very limited income but I didn't blame her for paying it because he was suffering and it was her little baby. If the price wasn't so heavy it would be 5 stars but the lack of compassion for the financial needs of the owners just to make sure their pup didn't suffer is Def left a bit of a sour feeling towards the operation. For those who could afford it they were great but for those who have to go without all month because you didn't want your baby to suffer I would look somewhere who may have a sliding fee or a smaller price regardless of course if your not stuck in a situation like we were

Doctor knew what my baby needed and he treated her. She is doing really good. I love the care they take for my fur babies.

If I could give zero I would. Went in this morning and I explained that I was visiting and asked if I could see the vet because my dog was suddenly not able to walk and was howling in extreme pain. Was told "we can see him this afternoon". Luckily I went to another vet
in town who saw him right off. Most incompassionate vet ever

This place is one of the more reasonably priced clinics in the area (including Indy and other surrounding suburbs). We have 7 cats. We are happy with their service.

Insensitive.. . Barely touched my dog and told us expensive surgery or euthanize ..over a hemroid ..charged us 54 bucks for vet to check heart with stethoscope and tell us to go to daton vet .. not happy! I was told they could do surgery my dog needed..and the vet barely did his job. Will NOT be going back!

Went there at opening Saturday morning 1-3-24 with a very sick kitten. ( Possibly dying ) they said they could not even look at her ( not in there schedule ) . By the time the lady told me all the reasons why they could not see her , they could have seen her. Not very humane place . Called Kurtz in Hagerstown Indiana, they said they were booked solid but given the situation they would work her in . New Castle animal hospital ( greed before compassion ) never again and advice anyone not to go there.
