Just moved to New castle, thought I would give them a shot. pedicure was horrible, I was charged $40 and my nails were not cut. They were not shaped the polishes around my toes. And it was not smooth out. it is absolutely horrible and I was charged $40. And the place is dirty and both of them people were very rude. I will not be going back and highly would suggest going somewhere else.Services: Sculpted nails

I was happy with the design the day they were done, but after 3 days one nail is lifting at the cuticle and one is chipped.She shop is also cluttered and kind of dirty (carpet, chairs, etc.)Definitely not worth the $40 I was charged.(They also tack on a $2 fee if you use a credit card). I won't be back.

Very horrible experience the man that owns the place had a very nasty attitude when he was drilling my nails he was yanking my hands around then on top of that he didn't even use cuticle oil .. How is your name gonna be design nails when you couldn't even design my nails Very bad attitudes and very rushy! If you ever in Newcastle I suggest you not go to them!

I will definitely be going back! They were super kind and friendly! They also did a great job on my nails and I love them so much! I got a full set, gel manicure! So happy with them. They also had really good pricing! 100% recommend! :)

Made an appointment at 10:30 this morning for 3:45 for 2 full sets. Get there he takes 3 people before me then 4:30 rolls around. He said we was next & took someone else so I left as they close at 6. Will not be back. Why make an appointment if treated as a walk in?
