They were great with my baby girl (mini Chihuahua) who was afraid and let me know exactly what was needed and even gave me a price estimate so there would be no shock. Great friendly staff and very clean facility. Highly recommend

Take several times calling to reach someone to even schedule an appointment. When I finally had gotten an appointment after they had given my dog her shots, the doctor came out with her and said "your dog is a IDiOT". My kids were in there so that especially upset me. I told them I just made her smarter by not bringing her back to you!!! Also, when would try to address concerns about possible health issues the doctor showed no empathy, and no care about figuring out the issue!!!

I found blue in a abandoned home and country acres got me in the absolute soonest the next day to check out blue and man they did an awesome job helping me out a ton and they have amazing customer service and definitely cares about animals well beings. Thank you guys for helping me with blue in a desperate time of need!

This place is amazing! I called in with my Boxer having gotten into something she’s allergic to, her face all swollen up, and they squeezed me in & saw us the same day! Even had me download an app that if it got worse I could get ahold of them after hours! Can’t rave about them enough!

We've been served by Country Acre Clinic for over 7 years now. They've always been reasonable, civil and exceptionally good to our 4 furbabies. Their pricing is phenomenal -- like you'd be hard pressed to find anywhere that competes -- and their surgical work is better than I've seen from surgeons for people. They have my full endorsement. You can trust your fur babies to these people.

I have went to this place for over 20 years with my pets and have always been shown compassion and great care taken of my pets. I do need to say that the receptionist, Beverly is the only person and the only reason I would think of using another vet. She is absolutely the rudest, most unsympathetic, most uncompassionate human being I have had to deal with. She should definitely not be the first person you have to deal with when you call or come in to the office. I have had this experience with her on more than one occasion and when discussing it with other people I have realized I am not the only one. Years ago she did not behave in this manner. I am not sure what has happened but I would love to never have to deal with her rudeness and hatefulness again.
