I visited Kohl's today to purchase a bowl I had seen online. I was looking for two but only found one. When I got in line I ask the cashier to see if she could help me look to see if they had at another store or order it for me online. She attempted to help me and was very supportive. But she admitted she wasnt sure and called over a supervisor. The supervisor asked if I had Kohl's app on my phone. I told her no. She quickly dismissed me and said couldn't help me. She then walked away. The cashier was embarrassed and apologized. I left store. I have attempted to pull up on Kohl's website with no luck. It seems these employees are quite eager to work themselves out of a job. Sad but true.
