I bought a $100 jacket at this store on December 30th. When I got home there was a broken button ???. It is a PBJ/Blues I left messages at the store and the lady said she gave her my messages and I never got a call back from her, how unprofessional ???. I spent $200 in that store. Guess what I won’t go back there!!! That’s just bad business ???

When visiting Brown County, 58 South is one of my favorite two stores to stop by when visiting. The reason I am giving it a two star though, is EVERY-TIME we visit... and I mean every time, they owner, or her employee that always seems to be working when we come, is on the phone when we come in and rants on the phone the entire time we are shopping. She does not greet us, doesn't ask if she can help or if we need help, NOTHING.... we stopped by today and I walked through the door to her 1. On the phone (what a surprise), 2. stuffing food in her mouth. I said "hello" when I walked in because she looked right at me then proceeded to stuff more food in her mouth and rant on the phone. I looked around for a few minutes but left without purchasing anything just in pure annoyance. I enjoy seeing what new clothing items she gets in her store, but the hospitality needs a bit of work.

I work at 58 South Apparel and I feel our store offers unique and fun fashions and a friendly and upbeat vibe. I know I'm biased, but it really is a positive shopping experience!
