On Sunday Oct 8th We arrived 20 minutes before the visitor center was set to close and the lady working had already shut off all the lights and locked the doors into the building, we could see her at the computer inside but she didn't do anything even after we tried two sets of doors around the visitor center.

This area is far from handicapped accessible or friendly to anyone in a wheelchair. The sidewalks are in terrible condition and are far too narrow. You cannot push someone in a wheelchair going forward due to the uneven pavement and there is not enough room for people to walk if a wheelchair is coming through. This whole area is needing a makeover. I saw multiple other people falling on the sidewalks and ambulance taking them away, along with others experiencing the same problems as me. After going here every year for 36 years, I will not return again until this is fixed. You also need to make all the stores and restaurants handicapped accessible too! The disabled deserve the same privileges as anyone else.

This town doesn't understand tourism. Nowhere to park, nowhere to eat, half the places were closed and there were plenty of visitors, no thanks

We were the dreaded visitors who show up shortly before they close ?. We’d just gotten into town and wanted to know a little bit more for our trip. The lady we spoke to was incredible sweet, welcoming, and helpful.
