My family and I took a little birthday Christmas road trip today since our birthdays are this month. ANYWAYS this Acorn cottage was the first little shop we stopped at, she had some really gorgeous stuff for some reasonable prices, I had planned on spending some money in there, but the kind little lady that runs it or owns the shop, gave me a look like I'm stealing !!!!! She made it a point to come to the back of the shop where we were at standing the step just above me look down at my big bag and make eye contact! REALLY!!!!

I am a frequent shopper of this store and have nothing but positive things to say. In the last year they started their own furniture line which I immediately purchased a buffet which I added a lock to and made into a liquor cabinet for our house. The prices and quality here cannot be beat. A small business with charming and unique pieces to add to your home. You are missing out if you do not shop here.

I absolutely love the decor in this quaint little cottage you will find lots of gorgeous things. I got my lantern to go over my dining room table yesterday and can't wait to put it up. I skipped over this place for many years don't make my mistake, go in and check it out.

We had visited on February 29 and found a piece of furniture that we wanted, we had planned to go back in a couple of weeks to purchase it, then Covid 19 stepped in.... Made contact with the owner last week and was able to make arrangements to purchase and do curbside pick up yesterday! also found another piece we wanted and were able to place it in layaway. Laurie was so kind in working with us with the circumstances and we love our purchases! We cant wait to go back in a few weeks to pick up our other piece of furniture. Very kind and courteous people and so helpful to us! we will happily shop there again! Thank you!!

It had been a couple years since my last visit, so I decided to stop by and see what this place had. Upon entering their property, I noticed a gazebo outside and a front porch that were loaded with outdoor items for sale.Inside, the converted house has several rooms worth of items, some seasonal, that included paintings, wall hangings, and generally decorative items. There is a back addition to the business that requires a few steps down. There I found wind chimes and some other larger items that took up too much room to be included in the smaller rooms at the front.The woman working was greeting the customers as they entered and she encouraged visitors to browse around and ask if they had any questions. Though I didn't buy anything this trip, it is a place worth checking out.Review #3241

By far one of the cutest shops in Nashville. There was a mixture of Primitive, French country and Eclectic decor! The prices were great. I'm looking forward to going back!
