Ashley Geyer, service advisor & Adam (tech) were terrific. While traveling thru Nappanee noticed oil dripping on ground. Adam took the Ram right in and found the problem. Oil plug was not all the way in. Cleaned up area and no other leaks were found. Handed keys back and said have a nice day, no charge, this is the way we roll here at Metz Auto Group. Can’t say enough about Ashley & Adam for treating us like family while we are along way from home (Florida).
