I’ve been shopping at this location for over 20 years with no issues until Jeanette (I hope I spelled her name correctly) attended to me. She is absolutely unprofessional, she lacks customer service skills, her communication with myself and fellow customers was just flat out rude. I will make sure never to visit this location. I’ll go out of my way and find another.

That was easy! Wonderful experience with Brock, who was very knowledgeable and helpful, choosing a laptop for my son who's going away to IU. He went above and beyond. This Staples in Munster will always be my 1st choice.

Staples is always my go to place whenever I'm in need of any office of technical help. Zach and his team are super friendly and always eager go help me with whatever my issue might be. I recommend them highly!

I get my printing done there pretty regularly, they always super friendly, very helpful, even when they are slammed, which means a lot! I appreciate the staff, the location, and they're overall an excellent team from the printing department, to the cashiers, to the manager. 5 stars all across. I've had a consistently positive experience everytime I go there and I'm so grateful.

Printing area at Staples is great! Same day or next day printing makes it very convenient and better than ordering from websites where the product is shipped to you. Very good quality printing! I had a poster printed and it turned out great!

Zach was extremely helpful at the Staples Store in Munster, Indiana!! He helped me two years ago and recently. He is knowledgeable, hard-working, and polite. He's an irreplaceable employee, and you all (executives and upper management) are very lucky to have him! If you want him to stay, please treat him well and compensate him for his worth!
