The driver went up to my stairs and just threw my envelope with important documents didn't even walk up the stairs and put the envelope between the mailbox.

I had a notice that my package was delivered. I went outside and had someone's package a few streets over. I took them their package and there was mine. We have our address in the front. Very disappointed. Hate leaving bad reviews but I wish they would be more careful. This was a birthday gift.

If I could I would give 0 stars I have a package that was suppose to be delivered on Nov 3rd 21 never came but they did deliver a package across the street. Every day since I get this message IN TRANSITOn FedEx vehicle for delivery MUNSTER, IN I get same message every day delivery dates Nov 3rd 4th 5th 6th and 8th still no package. This is not the first time this has happen. The worst company to do business with they should be shut down. Good thing I did not order my package for overnight express.

Thank you FedEx for being diligent in communicating with your customers to assure our packages reach our home in a timely fashion. Iam sorry for the miscommunication in the past and Iam moved by the persistence your staff have in making sure we receive our packages.
