All these reviews are awesome for the process to sign a contract with this “dealer”. However I had someone come into my office today and allow me to read over the terms in the contract, I’ve never read so much “applied bullying” and “undo duress” towards their customers, let alone the recorded phone calls between client and this company. So let’s start here; the person listed on the business license for this dealership is gonna contact me in regards to the illegal and also unfair practices and the way his office staff spoke to my friend here and we are gonna come to an agreement on the matter. Otherwise, we can see how the consumer financial protection bureau, FTC (anti-trust), BBB, and a few others feel about the terms in this invalid contract, along with the licensing board. While I reach out to each person that’s willing to sign a petition to start a class action over this… not to mention the predatory lending offered here…by the way I’m not a customer of this business therefore I can’t be put in default for gaining a judgment whether it be complaint judgement or suit judgement… no customer should be spoken to the way I heard your staff speak today…nor will they again. Law student to business you have until the “end of the business day” to contact me. this is the only warning I will be willing to give. And anyone else reading this review make sure to check the legality of the contract you sign with these people and unless you like being talked down to and clearly treated like crap after you sign that contract I’d steer clear from this dumpster fire!!!

Don't ever buy a car from here. Not only did my car spend 80% of the time in the shop. The financial company they use is a joke. Defently wasn't worth my time or money to get a car from there.

I purchased I car 10 days ago and yeah, everything seemed to be great. I evergreen called and told Devon I very much appreciated him getting me into that vehicle. Sadly 9 days later I blew a front tire. No big deal, I was in the side of the highway changing it. Of course an officer pulls up to ensure safety. In the process runs my license and the car. I become detained and placed in the cop car. Asked if there would be any reason that car would come back as stolen. WHAT? No, you see my purchase paperwork right there!. Well, it come back as stolen! I'm in handcuffs on the side of the highway for 3 hours while these officers try to figure out what the next move with me is... 3 his later I'm released from cuffs but car was towed due to its stolen status. I was told the only reason I wasn't going to jail was cuz I was polite respectful and straight forward. The next morning I called Devon in Muncie only to be told it wasn't his problem and there was nothing they could/ would be able to do about it when all I asked for was a loaner vehicle until they get this situation straightened out.
What kinda place sells a vehicle without the title/ vin being clear. It wasn't until I informed them I was going to seek legal action against the company that I was told they would do replace the vehicle for another. To late I had to ensure I was going to get to work. Definitely would stay away from the oak dealership due to the fact there obligations were not upheld when it comes to selling used vehicles

So appreciative for Oak Motors. They worked with me and my down payment even though I have a below average credit score and a recent surrender on my record due to getting played by another dealership. Any car I liked they brought from one of their other locations. Communication was great, Devin was always a phone call away. Walked away with a reliable, pretty car today and I love it. Thank you!!!
