They have always went above and beyond trying to help people fix problems on their purchased items. Never an issue!!! Family owned and very reputable people. They are as friendly to you as you are to them. ;)

Someone I live with was gifted a brand new Scooter from this place. I'd love to leave a good review but their shoddy business practices and apathetic attitude makes it entirely impossible.
Within the first week, there were issues with the battery dying. Even after being charged it seemed to drain quickly.
So of course we called to make an appointment, only to be told they "do not make appointments" and that "we might fit you in in a few hours". That is extremely unprofessional.
Thankfully, it only took about 45 minutes for them to work us in when we chose to go, and we were relieved when the battery was replaced as a resolution, thinking our issues were far over.
Wrong! The replacement battery is a 4, and this type of scooter performs best on a 5.
We decided to trust them when they replaced the battery and are kicking ourselves in the behind for doing so.
They failed to check into the issue of why the battery was dying. Actually, they preformed no diagnostic or even visual tests to identify the problem.
The issue, as diagnosed by someone who actually knows scooters and has repaired them for years....
They gave her a scooter with a shoddy alternator.
This shows that they did not preform any testing on the bike previous to selling it, and when confronted with the issue they did the least amount of work possible just to get us out of their hair.
On a side note, I don't expect people to be forcefully friendly, but when someone is giving you (hundreds of dollars worth of) business it behooves you to act like you actually care, even just a little.
If you purchase ANYTHING from this business, immediately get another opinion on the state of the item THAT DAY from another professional source.
Or you know, find a place that actually loves what they do.

I was impressed with both their customer service and repair. I recently had them work on a scooter and a utv. They were quick, inexpensive and did the job correctly. I drove from the Pendleton area because they were a dealer of the utv I had recently purchased. I'm impressed, and they are getting any of my repair work from here on out.
