“We ended up buying our Ember 170 MRB from Gerton's. We were wintering in Texas and ended up doing most of the purchase process over the phone with Journie. 3 weeks later we arrived home to Tennessee and made arrangements to pick up the rv. We arrived at our scheduled time and the camper was sitting out front, prepped and ready to go. Gavin gave us a thorough walkthrough and was very knowledgeable with the Truma system and go power solar package. I fully expected no one to know anything about them so what a pleasant surprise it was to have a knowledgeable person explain them to us. We had a minor problem with the shower faucet and the owner John immediately pulled one of his technicians away to work on our unit. Within an hour or so it was ready to go. While we were waiting Gavin was able to do some programming on the solar controller for me. So with that completed we were able to make our 3-hour drive home without any problems. I'm sure if we ever need any type of dealer service that they will be able to handle it. We just want to say thank you to John, Journie, Gavin, and the service tech (sorry I missed his name) for making this a pleasurable, stress-free purchase.
