Recently bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from Community Ford of Mooresville and it was a great experience. If you are in the car market I would recommend going in to see Don. He was a great salesman that shoots it straight and was awesome to work with. Don was willing to work on the price to get into my budget and would always message or call back same day. Other dealership can be hard to work with at times but with Community it was an easy and very positive car buying process!

It was a late evening on a Friday and the vehicles I had picked out from other dealers fell through. I contacted the team at Community Ford expecting a response the next day, but no; instead I got instant responses.
They worked with me to find what I needed and overnight we got a lot rolling on the purchase for the following day.
I showed up to purchase and the vehicle was nothing less than what advertised. I was really blow away by the attention to detail this team took to prep this for me.
In the end, this dealership was the best I have ever worked with. (And I have worked with quite a few high end brand name dealerships prior...)
The way they respond to you, and show a true concern over your interests as a buyer is everything. They go above and beyond to ensure complete customer satisfaction. And in the end, you feel at home and welcomed.
In the future, I will go nowhere else to purchase a vehicle. I have found my source at Community Ford. This team is all you will EVER need.

They sold me a lemon. A Jeep with a dead battery, bad axel seals, leaked oil, etc. Four years later and this thing has been a money pit. Never again.

Transaction went fine, Don was a nice person to deal with.
I drove 400 miles from Michigan to purchase the Prius.
Credit mgr had my paperwork done I was in,out on the road in about 90 minutes.
Prius got 52 mpg back to Michigan.

I been a faithful cutsomer until lately. Their service department dan and blake, both very arrogant. I have over 1500 dollars of work done. Lasted less than 2 months. They wouldn't even look at fixing it without charging me more for a sevice they provided, and it didn't even last 2 months. take your chance cause i'm done with these guys

Here is my review in the form of a letter sent to this Dealership today.
Approximately 3 weeks ago, I was interested in buying a Used 2017? Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited that was for sale at your dealership.
I spoke with your Sales people, Matt Adamson & Donna Owen, and told them I was very interested. Both Matt and Donna were very professional in my dealings with them. Neither of them mentioned that someone had put a $50 deposit on the vehicle and I don't believe they were aware of that fact. Over the course of two days, I was put in touch with your finance guy (don't remember his name) and he started the process of setting up financing. When I told him I wasn't interested in GAP financing or Credit Life Insurance, he stopped me mid-sentence and said, "Well you know there is a deposit on that car." I said "Is the car for sale?" He said it would depend on the person with the deposit and what happened that afternoon. Needless to say, the car was sold to that person. What I would like to know, is why your finance guy ran my credit through Chase Auto and subjected me to a 4 point decrease in my 870 credit rating? This also triggered an loan account denial on a vehicle that was not available for sale.
Look for a scathing review online from me. I am less than impressed with the manner in which your representative tried to strongarm me into buying a service (GAP insurance, etc.) I did not want.

I worked with Don and Devon on getting my new truck! It was a great experience. Truck was very clean and an excellent price! I would recommend my friends and family to go to Community Ford!
