“I don't know the gentleman's name who helped my family today, around 3pm (on 8/2).My daughter is autistic and was melting down when we got in the store. He quickly responded! He immediately understood and helped her work through the meltdown to pick out a pair of shoes. THEN he had them, and a second pair she liked, in her size, ready to go faster than I could say thank you.He went out of his way to get her a sticker and get her excited. He put it on her arm and had her smiling and laughing like a meltdown was never there!She was a happy kid walking out of there, 100 percent thanks to his quick efforts and calming energy. “Came into the mall to look for Hey Dude shoes and Tradehome had us covered. We found a bogo 50% off sale here so we came in. We ended up getting 2 pairs of shoes along with 2 sets of sock-like protectors for the shoes. The man helping us pick out our products didn't have any name tag on so I was unsure who to thank in my review but he was very knowledgeable and we thanked him in the store for his guidance. Our trip was made quick and easy thanks to making our stop here. Now my husband wants to come back for shoes for himself and we just left. We will definitely be coming back for shoes.”

“Found a purse here for a pretty good price. Came in looking for shirts for work. Clearance shirts kind of mixed in with the regular stuff. I looked around the 2-3x area and it went 2x clearance, then normal cost 2x and then 3x clearance. There was also some 3 and 4's down further closer to the window. I don't mind coming here from time to time. Always recommend trying things on since they do buy these clothes from people and you don't know if they have shrank any from the size that they say they are. Which is what I ran into with a lot that I grabbed. They had shrank some in size. Not a bad store though.”

“A family member of mine worked for this establishment for 6 months to be investigated for fraudulent money being received by a cashier, not the sales rep, who is my family member (the sales rep, that did not touch or receive the cash for this interaction). It was over $200 in sales that my family member attempted to assist with, as the sales rep on the floor. Upon being investigated, management still allowed my family member to clock in and work for 4 hours; then dismissed them from their shift for the remainder of the day upon the investigation of them and the working cashier for the entire interaction. This information could have been given prior to my family member (not to mention, a teenager) arriving for their shift. Upon this disappointing experience, my family member decided to resign from the position; as it was their first time in the working field. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Would not shop, or recommend.”

“I arrived and showed my attentive employee what I needed and why I would need extra help due to vision issues. After getting what anyone would think is outstanding service I was escorted and checked out with the kindness that seemed too good to be true. I smiled as I walked out carrying exactly what I asked to see about thinking, "I bet I am not the only person who interacts with the kind soul I just worked with and gets to smile afterward." I wish I could remember her name. Both memory and vision deficits after a brain injury are why the help was needed and why this will remain anonymous regarding the employee. I don't wear out shoes as quickly anymore but will head to this location when I need to replace these new sneakers. A coupon is what prompted my visit to this store today. The kindness will be why I return.”

“I came into Tilly's because they have interesting tshirts and cute sweaters, which is 90% of my wardrobe. I liked the long sleeve tie-dye shirt even though you can find tie-dye everywhere, you can't always find it in long sleeves. I need more long sleeves in my life right now because my family hates my tattoos so anytime I can find a cute outfit that will cover them I go for it. The tie-dye shirt was light weight and I could totally wear it doing the spring or a cooler summer day. Their sweaters were warm and soft. I am always looking to add a variety of colors to my wardrobe, and they definitely had a variety of colors for sweaters, tees and a variety of shades of denim for pants. Besides clothes, they also had some fun stuff like a Chia pet of the Slimer from Ghostbusters and colorful water bottles. They had a small case of watches to check out too if you need one. I will be back for more shopping soon.”
