Had some squealing from my front breaks. Called Rick's they got me in the next day. I believe it is Greg at the front desk he also works on the cars. Super friendly and explained everything going on after they looked at it. Needed new pads and rotor. They got it done even though very hot day and lots of cars in the parking lot. I would totally recommend them.

Can’t say enough good things about Rick’s. Took my wife’s van in unannounced on a Friday a little before 2:00pm. The alternator had gone out. Knowing it was a Friday, and they are closed on the weekend, was pretty sure I wasn’t going to get the car back. 2 hours later!!!! They called and had it fixed and replaced. Unreal! I can’t express the gratitude towards them in making this happen. Thank you!

Another amazing job done. Went to find out why my truck light said " need maintenance done soon). Come to find out I needed an oil change. Greg not only changed the oil but he checked all the fluids and breaks. Thank you Greg for being so compassionate about vehicle.
