I acquired some furniture through acceptance now, they didn't have anyone who spoke Spanish and I didn't know that the furniture for 6 months was like a rental if I wanted it I had to pay for 17 months, meaning the furniture cost me instead of 1,000 dollars which was its cost, at 3 thousand, I almost had a heart attack when I realized what it was, well ok I finished paying them almost a year ago and after it didn't help me with my credit at all (even though I had made the payments up to date) when I finished Paying them lowered 26 points from my credit ? and to make matters worse they continued taking $15 out of my account, I called them to complain and first they told me it was because of the subscription, that they were going to cancel it, they came back and took the payment the following month and I come back and call, and they tell me that it is insurance, the next month they tell me that they cannot cancel that payment that the furniture store is the one who takes care of it but the payment is withdrawn by them, I hope that the money that they have given me I've been taking it out for almost a year, please return it to me ??
