Terrible place to do business. Wanted just to look at some simple furniture. Sales person would not let us be, followed us on our heals. Again I said let us look. Still would not let us be, so we decided to leave. Then the so called manager decided to follow us out the door and as we were trying to drive away. Never experienced anything like that even with commission sale people.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Everything about our experience here was amazing. The minute we walked in the door for the first time we felt welcomed. DJ greeted us with the biggest personality and smile. He got to know us and the next time we came into the store he recognized us and helped us find more furniture. We will definitely plan on buying all of our future furniture needs here.

10 STAR RATING !! A wonderful experience and remarkable service from start to finish. You cannot beat the quality, comfort and the prices at AAA Matress & Furniture. Same day delivery . American made furniture, real wood and strong metal framing.DJ our salesman really understood our needs as an elderly couple. He was not pushy and took the time to really get to know us. Dorothy in finance is so sweet, smart, and kind. She gave us a free gift ! And then there is Demetrius the driver. He is one of the nicest hardworking young man we have ever met. He moved our heavy old couch out to take it away ( that was a blessing ) all by himself.He was very careful with everything, brought our new couch in and set it up then hepled us by moving all our tables back in place.The new couch is American made, Also, we did not get to meet Steve, but was told he is a wonderful man as well. Walked in, bought a remote double recliner couch with lumbar and head tilt feature. Fabric and sturdiness is TOP OF THE LINE. This is a pain free couch for people with bad backs, Arthritis and bad medical conditions. This couch works for that !!!The store is also roomy, neat, clean and has so many pictures, pillows, really cool home decorations, lights, chandeliers, you name it the have got it. I could spend hours in their store,. It is a Fun Store !Why would anyone go anywhere else and pay more for the same furniture, or bed ? AAA Mattress & Furniture is THE VERY BEST in The Michiana Area. Trouble service one guy ask me what could I pay and I told him and he said sold. Another guy told him something and then he came back and told me he couldn't sell it for that. O yea and they have a sign saying everything most go.
