over the last 40 days I have received about 20 packages. 18 were by AMazon and had no problem. 2 were with USPS. Both scanned as delivered when they were not. One showed up 3 days later with damaged packaging, The other delivery is lost. USPS said they would investigate I don't kow what that means but i suspect the investigation will not include finding my package.

This place should close down. I have a scale and I accurately scale my stuff with packaging for a total of 14oz first class. They made me postage due 3lb for a total of $$8.68 on 1 package and another $8.68 on another package and around $7 on another. They overcharge and scam people. Paid for 4 first class mail with 14oz, 14oz, 4oz and 3.8oz and it cost me around $25 extra to ship 4first class mail. The lazy employee stack multiple package on scale at once and scan. Due to this bs I got overcharged on multiple package. If anyone ship multiple package please let them know to scale and scan each one, if they stack on scale together you'll be in for a surprise.

USPS workers are now federal undercover agents. Their industry is failing so they're taking on extra duties. If you feel like you're being professionally stalked by a master of espionage, it might just be the unassuming postal courier.

Tina was wonderful when a package I sent to Milford was circling the state. She went the extra mile to call me back when she got the package!

I mailed a package to be shipped from Boston to California. 150$. Ok fine, its a long distance and its somewhat heavy. Makes sense. The package showed up completely broken and taped back together. Several items that have sentimental value were completely smashed to pieces and on top of that, there were items in my box that did not belong to me and a locked mini safe with some important items was missing. (stolen?) WTF. If someone is out there and is missing a "Tale of Genji" Book and a 2022 Planner with Gold edges let me know

I went to the U.S. Post office in Watertown 126 Main Street 6/04/2021 and picked up stamps for our retiree newsletter. After I got home I noticed there was not a receipt in the package. So I call and explained my story. The woman on the phone called me back 30 minutes later and said they found the receipt and will mail it to me. This is the best thing that has happened to me this year next to getting my 2 vaccines. Thank you U.S. Post Office I'm giving you 5 stars today.

I do not have many complaints about this location. They just need to get their policies and procedures together so they can better assist customers and be unified in the information they give out. It could also be a little lighter there. Its so dark, feels a little depressing when you walk in there.

Guy named William really really ..really rude. He seemed to be irritated and when I ask a question he said in a very rude manner "you dont know what Im talking about.." in an aggresive manner. Worst treatment Ive ever had in a post office.

The two gals working today were quite possibly the most unpleasant, and unhelpful people I've ever had to work with. It's time for an attitude adjustment or a change in careers.

Review #1118Covid-19 review! Mask required! Well, it seems like I am the only one who is still under lockdown. So many people are out and about nowadays, and the only exciting part of MY life is going to the grocery store... and the post office! And even that, it was because I really needed stamps for letters. I am sorry for other people's bad experiences with USPS at this location, but I want to leave a nice review to support the local branch. That said, my visits and interactions with the staff members have been very limited. So my personal experience is ok. I did have one important letter that I sent out last year as Priority that arrived days late. I mean, it did get there so that is all that matters. Not 5 stars because they do not have a self-service kiosk. So what is the point of the branch lobby opening at 7:30 AM but you have to wait until 8:30 AM to buy stamps from a staff member? The Harvard Square location has a self-service kiosk, which is so convenient if you simply want to buy a stamp and weight/mail a package. Face mask required, so wear one and wash your hands!

I was deliberately overcharged for two packages. I said regular mail, because I was well ahead of the deadline for mailing packages for delivery by Christmas. I noticed on tge receipt that he charged me for two-day priority. The postal worker told me they wouldn't get there by Christmas. He guaranteed 2-day delivery and told me that the packages were fully insured to the value of the contents. This is all a lie. PM has no guarantee and is only guaranteed for 50 bucks. Both packages had this end up with arrows on all sides. He turned the package on its side, laughed, and said, "So can I put it this way?" They were marked "perishable, open immediately". After one package sat in the Nashua New Hampshire distribution center for 6 days, I filed a complaint. The response was that it had "just shipped out". The package never made it. I filed several complaints. The supervisor on the phone laughed when she assumed that the postal workers in Nashua consumed the 24 different recipes of coverture chocolates that I had prepared for my brother's Christmas present. Several days work and about $300. Very funny. And they tell me that all they can do to investigate is to let me know if the package ever makes it. I think my brother would let me know if the package made it to his house. To add insult to injury, the PO sends me daily updates that my package is "in transit to its final destination." I filed a complaint against the Watertown postal worker, but I assume all the lever let me know is if he made it to his final destination.

I know how Post office work for the most part. I know people generally don't like their job or are rude, but this ignorant nappy headed little b**** is new level of ignorant. She doesn't care if you're a minority, or not she treats everyone with disrespect. She should be fired but they probably keep her around because they have to keep the diversity quota. She gives all minorities a bad name. This is exactly why they treat us the way they do in this country. The fact that her co worker sits there and doesn't say anything shows you that it's allowed from all levels. FIRE HER IMMEDIATELY and higher someone with class. Don't keep that angry black women there.
