I have been going to this establishment for years for routine oil changes on several of my Family vehicles at the auto center. Today I brought a car back in that has been in several times. I got a phone call after dropping it off asking about a list of other things that were found wrong. I told the Service person that I would speak with my husband about what we needed done or not and he would call them back. That is what happened. I was charged for an oil change and tire rotation, even though my husband said only oil change when I came in to pay for it there was no apology and no attempt to correct the error, I’m sad to say that establishment I used to refer to all of my friends and family will no longer be on my list of places I use. This was only corrected once my husband called after I left.

I want to say a big thank you to Anthony and Brenden at Royal Motors in Middlebury IN on July 6th we bought a 2021 Subaru Forster it's a great car and the guys treated us great if you need a good used vehicle I would say visit Royal Motors

We were heading out for a 16 day camping trip when our trucks tranmission went out. We had 3 days to buy a new one, otherwise the trip would have to be cancelled. Showed up to Royal with a truck in mind, Jeremy was immediately attentive, but not pushy and made the process go smoothly with no pressure given. Everyone was very helpful, from our questions regarding how our trailer pulling would be different, all the way to giving directions to the cheese factory! Great experience, will definitely be back when it's time to upgrade the camper.

Worked with Griffin and Mike on the purchase of my "new to me" vehicle. They were both great to work with. Griffin took the time to point out all the "bells and whistles" to me, even the cosmetic flaws before going on a test drive. They both stayed past closing time to make sure I was taken care of. Great guys, great company.
