If I could give them no stars I would I made an appointment for my three bridesmaids a month in advance got there and they put us in one spot felt like they did not want us there. The girls were trying on dresses and they had three other appointments come in that were brides and they stopped us to move us to another side of the store then ignored us half the time and we're putting back the dresses we were still looking at and keep trying to when I said we were not done we thought we found dresses and I was trying to get someone's attention to help us they had no clue what was going on then they did not even know any of my info that I gave them at the end me and my party felt like we were never important to them that they rather help others there like brides it's not just about the brides when we were there first with an appointment I ended up going to a different bridal store and buying the dresses with them cuz they actually helped us when this store did not I have never felt like that in my life about a dress shop never again I was not happy at all and I'm the bride glade I did not get my dress with u guys either learn how to take care of people better

My daughter and I had such a lovely experience at Paris House of Bridal for prom shopping. By far the best selection of prom dresses to choose from in NWI. Organized by color, with endless styles and sizes. I can’t sing enough praises for all the wonderful women who made my daughter feel so comfortable and made sure she left with the perfect dress!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. Double charged my mom and then supposedly lost her receipt so she was not given her bridal veil! RIDICULOUS horrible service was rushed. Discriminatory towards Hispanic people. She was not told about the remaining balance at all at any of the visits she had. Communication in general from the beginning was horrible. They made a lot of promises at the first visit but then it was a constant reminding of what was needed and almost a hesitation to get completed. Brides should NOT be surprised with “remaining” balances the day of pick up.

My humans have been coming to this exquisite shop for years.For their wedding, their daughters weddings, and all their special events.They brag and brag on how well they get treated. "Renee has such a good eye for what looks good", "Mrs P. knows exactly what needs to be done to make the dress drape perfectly!""The staff always make us feel so welcome and are so helpful ""The selection is the best I have ever seen "!If the only had pretty little puppy dresses, sigh...a pooch can dream.

Such beautiful wedding dresses for a fraction of the cost. I actually walked out with 2 because I couldn't make up my mind. We had a wonderful private room where my family could sit and watch me try everything on. The owner really made me and my family feel so special. Also shoutout to Caroline for finding the dress of my dreams!!

The ladies at Paris House of Bridal were very attentive to my daughter while helping her pick out a dress for her Winter dance. She found the perfect dress for her. Caroline was so kind & patient to my daughter throughout the process of finding the right dress. We will definitely be back when her next event approaches!!

Love love LOVE my dress, and it’s all thanks to Paris House of Bridal! Renee and Emily were very attentive to my wishes when it came to the style of dress I was looking for. For a plus sized girl, it can be very difficult finding a dress you feel good in but I felt so comfortable there and the girls are so encouraging. Emily checked in with every dress asking how I felt about it and made me backtrack and see if I liked it better than the previous one. It was super helpful considering how many dresses you try on. Renee came in and helped the rest of my ideas come true! I was imagining sleeves for the dress and she took my ideas and created this beautiful piece that just took my dress to another level. I felt like a Disney princess. I HIGHLY recommend checking them out :)

Paris House of Bridal is an wonderful shop for all wedding and prom needs. They have been a part of the community of Michigan City for a long time and when I was ready to shop for my wedding dress, I knew this was the place to go! The shop has a huge selection and a choice for any budget. Renee's styling skills are impeccable. I told her my vision and she picked out the dress that I said YES to! She also gave great great advice on color selection for my bridesmaids dresses. In addition to my wedding needs, I also purchased two prom dresses for my daughter at Paris House of Bridal. This boutique and the staff are truly the best.
