I was in the Michigan City Kohl's today and witness an argument between a customer and an employee. The man asked to speak to the store manager and the cashier called up a woman named Rebecca. Rebecca showed up and the man got loud. I ended up hearing her yelled at the man, "Don't be such an asshole." I was shopping with a young child, who didn't need to be hearing this kind of language. I've never heard a sales associate talk to another person like that. There are other ways to handle a disgruntled customer and this was not the way! Rude employees who don't care!! Kohls should be ashamed of themselves!!

I've worked there twice and it's just not a fun place. They push the cashiers to get customers signed up for Kohl's credit cards, the pay is low, they're constantly calling you to cover a shift for somebody who didn't show up (an every day occurrence for me even after explicitly explaining I currently take public transportation) There's not enough incentive given to just drop everything I'm doing on my off day to go in and 'cover' for someone that decided not to show up. The store isn't kept very organized as it felt like I'd be picking stuff from off the floors every 5 steps. Shit show if I can be honest.

This is the messiest Kohl's I've ever been in to. Clothes and items thrown about everywhere. I went in for 2 shirts (but one get one half off). They only had one of the color I wanted and the other color wasn't there, even though it stated online they had it in stock. If they did, it must have been thrown somewhere else in the store. I left without purchasing anything.

I always enjoy shopping here. The store is always clean and the merchandise is usually displayed nicely. I love the sales, and markdowns on seasonal items. I've purchased items from every department except kid's clothing and toys. The staff is polite and helpful. I will continue to shop here for the selection and value.

One of the girl cashiers were very rude when I was simply trying to get a price check. I sadly refused to buy my items due to me being so upset and wish I would've gotten her name. (5'4/woman/African American)
