I came in today, and I have to use a walker. Bree was very helpful in pulling all of the purses I was specifically looking for. She helped with the wallet selection as well. The cashier, Brynn was very cheerful and completed the transaction with a smile. Very nice experience overall!

I was in this lovely Kate Spade outlet store last week and the selection of handbags, jewelery, and clothing was terrific! The two employees (Kate & Summer) greeted us when we walked in and offered assistance if needed. I love the new dark green color for fall and purchased a 3 compartment bag that has a ton of room, yet isn't a huge bag. I also picked up a summer bag at 70% + 20% off and will use it in just a few months as our "summer" season is a bit longer in Cali.This was a fun experience due to the great selection and the very friendly, and fun, employees! I'll be back next summer!

Came in with my mom and worker followed me around the entire store, made me feel noticeably uncomfortable. Just because I’m AA with corn rolls doesn’t mean I steal.

My family and I were shopping at the lighthouse place and happen to walk into the Kate spade outlet store. My father-in-law had his service dog with him on a leash. The manager by the name of “Kate” stopped him and told him that dogs were not allowed. My father-in-law explained to her that “he is registered”. He did say this to her, my family and I heard it. She continued to patronize him and responded “that’s nice but he is still not allowed”.My father-in-law left the store with his service dog and he was distressed by the situation. My mother-in-law and I had to process what just had happened. Later, my mother-in-law attempted to explain to the manager that he was a service dog. Kate said that my father-in-law did not say that he was (Lies). My mother-in-law presented her the service dog registration card and explained that she could have handled the situation better.My family and I have not witnessed this kind of rejection of entry in this manner. As a manager, “Kate” should have attempted to understand what my father-in-law meant by “registered” before asking him and his service dog to leave. My father-in-law speaks perfect English. I would not want to assume this was a manner of discrimination but her approach was passive aggressive and very condescending.

I did some shopping over the busy, busy Black Friday weekend. The highlight of my trip to Litehouse Place was my stop at Kate Spade. I love the merchandise and I loved the attitude of the employees working on Saturday. They had to be exhausted, but you sure would never know it! They not only greeted us with a sincere welcome but they offered help and suggestions. I know that my Christmas gifts will be hits this year.... who doesn't like KS???Thank you to KATE, I believe she is the store manager as well as BRYNN who was so kind and helpful. I'm sorry I don't remember the third person working that day but they were all quite a team. Many thanks for the fun experience!
