First off LEO'S MARKET EATERY is the best store in Mccordsville hands down. All of the store items, looks as if it should be placed in a magazine book, because of the neatness and the way they keep it. The store stays air condition pushing out fresh cold air, which helps with germs. The store is the most cleanest smelling store in town. However I have notice personality disorders from the male cashiers, they come off to be condescending,odd patronizing, snobbish, superior and having no personality at all. Nice store with low vibration staff.

I have noticed on many occasions while shopping at LEO'S MARKET that the cashier named Eli comes off as very irritated and impatient when we are making lottery purchases. It is like he has a personal problem or something with who is making the purchase. We are very respectful and have never caused any problems with anyone, however this is totally unfair and unacceptable. We feel like he has issues, and is very rude with certain customers. Also, he's not very friendly to start with... so moving forward, can the manager of this store please address this issue, so that we can continue shopping at our favorite store?

Kevin and Barb make the best lattes with a smile. It's better and cheaper than Starbucks! My kids love walking to the store to get ice cream.

I never write reviews, as I’m sure it says, but I do feel called to say… this is how a store should be done and should be run. I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Leo’s for a while, now, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Wonderful options, local products, all the essentials. Clean, organized, and clearly cared for. Staff is friendly and helpful, management is even better. They have a new manager working there, Aileen, who is a complete delight! Had the pleasure of chatting with her last week, and it’s so excellent to see a good business thriving and adding knowledgeable and competent people such as Aileen as they grow and expand. Excellent job, all of you. This is the store, model, and attitude that’s going to raise the bar on local convenience style shopping. Highly recommend! Thank you, Leo’s!

My son (from CA) and I stopped in Leo's to grab a few things. My son decided to get a salad and was pleasantly surprised by your selection. The lady (Lori) was friendly , professional and very helpful. Great experience and great customer service.

I absolutely LOVE Leo’s . Specifically Lori. She is an absolute angel. She brightens my morning every time I see her. She is such an amazing person good or bad day, Lori always manages to make my day even more special and beautiful.

I go to Leo’s every day (sometimes more!). It’s nice to have a place to pick up pantry staples and fruits and veggies in addition to regular convenience store items. I like that it is so clean and well-designed — it just feels nice to be in there. The staff are always cheerful and welcoming and make it easy for me to find what I need.

I visit this Leo's location often on my way to work. Tim, Lori, Barb, Jason, Kevin, and the rest of the staff are always friendly and top-notch. It has become a place that helps me start my day in the right way. Really glad that Leo's came to our community and I have gotten to know some of the wonderful folks who work there.
