“My 2023 brand new truck got backed into by someone in a parking lot so I needed some body work done on the front end, I tried another local body shop in Greenfield and they said they couldn’t get to it for like 5 months. So I found South St Auto Collision and read all the good reviews from everyone who had been there, so I thought I would give them a try. I was very impressed, I called and spoke with Mario and he said to bring it in, upon arrival he very carefully looked it over and immediately started working with the insurance company about getting it repaired. I told him to go ahead and get it repaired, and he right away got the parts ordered and a few days later he called and said I could bring it in. So I brought it to him on a Tuesday Evening, and 3 days later (Friday)he calls and says it’s all done! I looked it over and it’s perfect, like new again! I am very impressed with the service I received from this body shop, Mario was excellent with communication and was extremely efficient and professional. I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone!”
“I had Hobbs install a new transmission in my motorhome. When I picked it up I could tell something wasn't right (a totally different issue than the transmission) so I called Hobbs and explained my concern. I was told to bring the motorhome back up and they'd take a look at it. It was a small hard to find wiring issue. Hobbs didn't only fix the "new" problem but didn't charge me anything for the repair. Steve and his team took the extra time to point out some defective/concerning deep damage that was missed originally by the dealer. I greatly appreciate their oversight and willingness to go above and beyond. Steve’s office is full of old school Indiana sports memorabilia, which is a really nice touch. Enjoyed working with them and will be back in the future if body work is needed.”

I called ahead to let the lady know I was on my way from greenfield, In. I told her I would be right around 5pm.
Got there 505pm. Doors all locked. A gentleman walked out never said anything to me. I called the auto dealer side and they were able to call over and just so happen a gentleman was still there I believe Bob. He let me in and helped me. He was actually the one who checked me in when I left my vehicle. Thank goodness for him. They need to fix there close time on website. Plus if a customer calls and says they are on there way and you have not seen them and your going to lock up. Good customer service would have called me to check.
Or do we not have that kind of customer service any more in our world. Just saying.
