“My family including my elderly cat traveled over 2 hours to go to Madison to help a family member. Even though I had organized and prepared everything for Sissy the Cat, I accidentally left her medicine at home. The home vet's best solution was to mail the needed medicine. That was not going to work for us. I called Pets Doc Veterinary Clinic in Madison. They were amazing. They called the family vet and were able to provide what we needed for the duration of the stay. I am very thankful. I have been to many veterinarian clinics over the years. The ones that have a resident cat or dog are usually more attuned to the emotional and comfort needs of both the patient and the patient's caretakers. Pets Doc has two resident cats who are very friendly. Finally, I was in a local store telling the clerk my story. Before I could finish, he asked if Pets Doc was where I went.
