save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else! sat in the drive thru for about 30 minutes just for them to tell us that our insurance info is incorrect and we have to pay $15 for one script, and then we had another script and showed a different insurance for the different script, which ive used for medications in the past and the lady at the window claimed that the insurance doesn’t cover the medication and said we would have to pay $2000 for the medication lol okay, i thought my insurance just dosent cover krogers pharmacy but i get home and talk to my mother in law she even said kroger had to refund her about a grand due to “insurance problems” seems like their trying to get over on one and make some more money

Definitely not worth the convenience. The location lacked multiple allergy friendly food options and had limited personal care items compared to nearby locations, such as Hebron. The employees were unprofessional and untrained. The man who bagged our groceries put chips at the bottom of different body washes and the attendant outside gave me a nasty glare as I put my groceries away. The whole environment felt melancholic and disgusting. In no way was the store clean, which should be a minimum standard. I also wasn't carded for my alcohol, which I know is a major red flag as that is very important Kroger policy. Additionally, many Kroger coupons are not accepted. I should've just drove to Florence or Hebron.

I'm here once a week and I love that it's a friendly environment and yes they're self checkout but you're not made to feel like a convict just checking out like Walmart so I will continue to take my business to Kroger's versus Walmart

They can't seem to get dr orders correct and are constantly causing people to have to make extra trips to the pharmacy. A pharmacist that can't follow orders should not have a job. Period.

i am not a “review” person, but no exaggeration, every single Kroger pharmacy i’ve ever been to in my existence has been associated with a TERRIBLE experience & i’ve heard hundreds of similar opinions. i was so upset when i got new insurance & was told my only option for my 90-day script was Kroger or ExpressScripts. so, a couple of months ago, i called Kroger in Lawrenceburg IN to have my script filled & was given a time. upon arrival (on a sunday), i was advised my script had “expired” & that they contacted my dr, w/ no response. i KNEW my script was NOT expired & OBVIOUSLY my OBGYN office would not be in on a sunday. the pharmacist insisted that this was the case. i contacted my dr & asked them to please send refills asap, due to pharmacy mixup. the following Monday they did so, so i called & again, asked when my med would be ready & was given a time. upon arrival, i was AGAIN told my script had expired. after asking to speak to someone else, turns out, THEY WERE LOOKING ME UP UNDER THE WRONG PT ALL ALONG. (a pt with similar name/DOB in fact had an expired script.) fast fwd to today, i will need to reschedule my upcoming dr appt, so wanted to confirm i had plenty of refills. i called Kroger in Lawrenceburg IN & advised the pharm tech that answered “i do not yet need any refills, i just wanted to call & see how many refills i have remaining.” she rudely replied, “i don’t know what you’re talking about, what’s your name?” i said, “i’m sorry, my name is K———- with a K, H——— & i’m not sure what you mean by ‘i don’t know what you’re talking about, i just wanted to see-“ i was rudely cut off by “i need your name & DOB.” i provided this info & apologized if she was busy & i bothered her.” i work in healthcare & understand every single bit of her position & daily stresses, & i do not appreciate being treated like a nuisance just bc she’s having a hard or busy day. Kroger Pharmacy in Lawrenceburg IN & ALL Kroger Pharmacies need to get it together.

I recommend Kroger Pharmacy ~ your RX can be filled within a reasonable length of time / call ahead if possible . The pharmacy techs are generally very helpful and pleasant ~ every now in then you might come across a 'grouchy one' but hey! give 'em a break / anyone can have a rotten day! LOL! :)

This Kroger Pharmacy is by far the best one I’ve ever used. I’ve been using this one for 6-8 months and every transaction has been top notch and always ready in twenty minutes or less! I’m always greeted with a friendly smile and I love how they keep the drive-tru flowing. If a customer is dropping off a prescription, they have them pull around! And that means more than anything else. Because they actually value the customers time. In addition, they have been a pleasure to speak with on the phone! Their app has been malfunctioning lately and I had to call and see what prescriptions are available to pick up. I take my prescriptions every day except for my acid reflux. I only take those when needed and I didn’t specify that and she was still a pleasure. Whereas others have not been. So I am very impressed with their professionalism! Believe me most places there’s always an judgmental, power tripping and hateful pharmacist that thinks he’s sitting on a throne. So Lawrenceburg Kroger Pharmacy, thank you for not being that way. That’s probably why you all are better at your jobs then other Kroger’s.

Horrible pharmacy. I have dealt with them for 2 years or so and only go there because we shop there. Literally every month i call and arrange to have my prescriptions ready ahead of time (like 3 days in advance). They tell me its ready so i make the 30 min drive everytime only to find out they dont have it all. I even ask them on the phone if they are sure they have it. Nope they always have to order it and tell me come back monday. Switching pharmacies today!!

Why are vendors like Cavalier Distributors (alcohol distributor liquor store located in front of your store)Allowed to park on the sidewalk in front of the doors at Lawrenceburg. Customers have to walk in traffic to get around them. That is dangerous. We were there on 1/26/2022. The driver was very rude and laughing because we said we didn't like it. You have families with small children or special needs people walking in the street while the sidewalk is blocked. I thought vendors were supposed to come in from the back of the store. I worked in grocery store 10 years our vendors had to come in from the back or park in a regular parking spot. I doubt anything will be done about this. We called the store 3 times to talk to the store manager never got to speak to one, kept getting excuses. Krogers is getting almost as bad as Walmart. I'm so sick of the stores not caring about the customers anymore. That is why I do as much as I can mail-order. Very disappointed in Kroger allowing this.
