“Brookville road self storage is a clean, well keep facility, the manager Pam is one of the nicest people you could ever meet, very knowledgeable about the storage business and takes her job very serious. She will help you all that she can, I've had at least three conversations with her and she is very pleasant, she works hard at making sure you have the right size unit for your needs and she is out there every day picking up paper and sweeping the lot. I highly recommend Brookville road self storage...”

They provided one more man for the move than a competitor and they moved everything in about 2 hours less than what they originally quoted. They stored our items overnight for a reasonable fee and placed everything back where it belonged the following day.”

She was very pleasant easy to talk too. One feature I like about that location you can use your phone app to get in the gate instead of having to stop and put in your PIN code. Once I arrive at my unit my paperwork and lock was in the unit. 5 star service. Thank you Mary for being a wonderful person and caring about your job and others. “I can only give 3 stars since I haven't had much experience with Extraspace. However, I give Billy (The Manager in the office) Five Stars. This guy is very nice, extremely helpful and patient. He explained everything to me clearly, showed me potential units, didn't use any high pressure sales tactics and was overall, extremely nice.Addendum: I changed my review to five stars from 3. This is because I had a recent encounter with another employee of Storage Express. I was really impressed at how he handled the situation. Therefore, 5 stars. I was surprised how clean the property was, I've been to many places that was dirty but not this place. If you need a clean safe place I suggest you get ahold of Doug and let him work his magic, also he had on some very cool socks”

She was helping me, helping someone who appeared to be new, helping another gentleman who was possibly her boss (maybe), answering the phone.....all while genuinely smiling and being genuinely friendly.
