Excellent RV repair by Twin Lakes RV Repair company. Jay runs a clean, efficient and skilled shop for many years. Our roof was poorly repaired by Quick-n-Out rv repair north of Ft Wayne- DO NOT USE, their repair tore loose causing us to need to replace the entire roof after 6 1/2 months and they would not honor a warranty as said it was for 6 months.
Twin Lakes RV uses Flex armor roofing which should be on ALL RV’s, lifetime warranty. Jay fit us in as he’s very busy and now scheduling 3 months out. Highly recommend, we found Jay to be a very great guy.

Jay and Troy at Twin Lakes were great to deal with. Needed a major roof repair which resulted in having a Flex Armor roof installed for us, they also repaired our black tank valve. Jay also offered some simple maintenance tips when I picked up our 2019 Reflection 31MB. I highly recommend Twin Lakes, which though 3.5 hours from will be my go to for future repairs. Thanks guys!!

We've worked with Jay, owner of Twin Lakes RV Repair for many years. Recently we ask Jay to help us with an insurance claim for a new roof in our 5th Wheel. His estimate was spot on and he will replace the roof with a state of the art material that carries a lifetime warranty. Jay is the best at what he does and I trust him completely. He gives good value when he performs repairs.

Couldn’t get our slide out pulling into our campsite at 11pm . Taking our big vacation for the year . Called twin lakes rv repair next morning . They got us in right away . Slide ended up opening easily but they still lubed it checked it out and gave us advice . Seriously the nicest people I have ever met . I would highly recommend this place for service they were absolutely outstandingService: Body & Trim

Jay and the guys are the only ones we will have fix anything on our unit. Absolutely the best up front, straight forward experience every time. We drive 8 hours bypassing so many repair shops knowing we will be in the best hands to get everything fixed correctly the first time. Their experience with DRV and knowing what to look for and being able to be proactive has saved so much headache down the road fixing or correcting some small issues before they turn into something bigger.Services: Electrical

Jay, Troy & Danny were all wonderful people to work with. We had a sticky situation with the RV dealership we bought our rig from. It had been delivered with many things broken and needing our AC unit replaced. Jay worked with the dealership to get them to pay for all the materials and labor, and Troy & Danny did all the repairs for us. They were all kind, courteous and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. We can't recommend them ENOUGH. They came out to our property each time and did the repairs on site. If you need repairs of any sort done, call them! They're an amazing family owned business and we will be calling them if/when we need any more repairs!Services: Body & Trim

When the DRV factory screwed up and left us without power to our appliances by cutting the wrong wires, they called Twin Lakes. They made the time to come out on a rainy Friday evening to fix it and get us back on the road Thank you so much!
