This place's grocery pickup is ridiculous. When I put in an order before noon it's always fine. If it's after noon, there's missing and substituted items every single time and I'm not exaggerating. I'm not the kind of person that complains about service often but this isn't okay

I love Walmart, it's a great store but don't ask any of the employees for help because they will either ignore you or just flat walk off, and they make you feel like you're bothering them for asking them anything, and it's usually the younger employees that have the worst attitude, especially if you want something you can't find, it's ridiculous ? quit hiring these younger people who want a paycheck but doesn't want to do the work for the paycheck ?

The worst managed store that I have ever been to, corporate needs to hire new employees in the electronic dept and get new managers.
Not many of them know how to do their job, lack common sense and have horrible customer service.
Hope this place stays in business so the managers and staff don't pollute other locations.

I have been ordering online with Walmart delivery for years, but I guarantee that I won't ever do it again. My shopper's name was Heather, and when she sent me a message telling me that the walker (for my granddaughter) was unavailable, I immediately messaged back asking her to please choose something similar. We needed the walker TODAY. She completely ignored my request, but still charged the full amount to my card. This is NOT my idea of good customer service ?

I hope the guy that got arrested for using scan to pay on a battery eats your lunch in the lawsuit and names each one of your employees involved in it. And then he takes that genius cop to task at well. Shame on you people and learn how to do your job

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at the Walmart self-checkout. Upon arriving, my daughter and I were met with a nasty look from the cashier, as if we didn’t belong in the store. Despite asking several times for help with scanning my items, the cashier refused to assist and kept walking away from me and instead accused me of stealing.
This isn't the first time we've been profiled at this Walmart. As a Black woman who works hard for my money to spend on my kids, being treated with such disrespect and suspicion is unacceptable. It's disheartening and frustrating to face this kind of racial profiling.
Walmart needs to address these issues and ensure that all customers are treated with respect, regardless of their race or ethnicity. I hope they take the necessary steps to improve their customer service and training.

Walmart sucks. they're always moving things around, and discontinuing things randomly, and half the registers don't work even when they are up.

Great store. I haven’t experienced the customer service department at this Walmart though, which is notoriously inefficient at other stores.
