You can tell the staff here really care about animals!! I had an excellent experience when I brought my cat here. They want what’s best for animals and they answered any questions I had.

The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. They did everything they could to make sure my best friend's visit was as stress free as possible. I'll be taking both my "kids" there from now on.

Dr Weiss is just amazing!! The whole staff is very very helpful and personable. They treat your pet as if it is theirs. I just love Maple City and Dr. Weiss!

This is for sure the best place to take your best friend when they ain't feel well or needs that pick me up spa bath and groom. Just maybe I need a small vacation from my mom and dad so please take me to favorite pet motel (Maple City Animal Hospital) where all my needs are under one roof and they love me and I love them.

When we first got there Natalee the vet nurse checked us in and I asked for 2 apoquel pills for my dog today until we can get the script filled. After she left I heard her talking poorly about me and how I asked about alternative options but wanted the script just incase it didn’t work. It was so rude and unnecessary for her to talk about me because I just was following up with me dog. VERY unprofessional. When we checked out the two pills weren’t there. When I asked she yelled “that’s what the script is for.” Well you just lost a customer.
Dr. Janet Weiss came in and repeated over and over again how “strange” it was a half of apoquel would help my pet and his allergies. And how his allergy reaction wasn’t what “she’s seen before.” Well if you think we don’t need it or it’s something else let me know, and that deserves a conversation because that medicine is very expensive and can cause liver problems. She also never performed a physical on my dog or checked his teeth and charged us 55$ for one. Yep, very poor communication and also unprofessional manner.
We’ll NEVER go back.

So glad we found little Domino here and was able to take him to his furever home. Every one of the staff was so kind and loving and they took great care of him and answered all of our questions.
