My first time using Apex. Unexpectedly discovered issues with brakes and stopped in on a Saturday morning. My truck was inspected in a short amount of time and was shown the issue plus another problem I was unaware of at the time. Opted to replace my front brakes and rotors and delay the other repair for another day. In under 2 hours I was back on the road. Saved my weekend.

Tom is a complete as*hole. Broke the running boards on my husbands truck and then proceeded to say "it's not his problem"- we still ended up paying $788 for the work that was done. Not a single penny taken off of our bill even though the truck was in worse condition getting it back than it was when we dropped it off. What an absolute joke of a company.

Let me start by saying I'm not a car person, I kind of hate them but I need one sadly.
Rich and the guys here are 100% honest, and every time I take my car here, they can diagnose it without issues and I don't feel like I'm being talked to like an idiot.
Thank you guys for doing the best work I've experienced from any auto place.

I'll tell you something for them have to work on a Saturday they had fresh coffee talked to you as you sat there you felt like they cared I live in Vincennes Indiana was going through had my brakes checked even I didn't get them done I still stop by to say hello

From start to finish! Greetings upon entry, they reviewed the vechicle and explained what needed to be done and a cost and then the work was completed in a timely manner!
Highly recommended for a local and honest experience!

My father and I were having a hard time diagnosing a truck. Took it there several times, every time they "found" something else. Even replaced the same parts twice. Long story short found another shop and they fixed it correctly the first time. When my dad called them they demanded he tell them what was done. When my dad denied to tell them the started yelling at my 70 year old father and cursing him out.We are now considering legal action for false repairs and elder abuse. Dont go here unless you want to get scammed.

Was given a quote. When work was done it had doubled in price. Than my truck had an oil leak. From the oil line on back of turbo. That's between the up on down pipe. When I brought it back. Was told it was because of the age of the truck. Not that they damaged it. Accidents happen. Don't appreciate being treat like that.Service: Exhaust
