i have a 98 corvette.......spent about 1000 to repair 3 tires salow
leaks....and front breaks, there was a 2 inch scrape on front end .....i called and they ..said they did not it.....they are wrong ......hung up on me.....

I had ordered replacement tires, from the internet, for my riding mower, but struggled to get them on the rims and inflated properly, because of the way warehouses store and ship them. My friend dropped the rims and tires off, and they got it done. They charged a super fair price (much much less that I thought). Thank you guys!Service: Tires

This has been the WORST experience ever!! I went in to ask about new tires and every tire I asked about needed to be ordered. Guy says they are so busy I had to make an appointment a week in advance. Then I noticed my tires are under warranty, so when I inquired about that the guy made me jump thru hoops for the warranty. I called Firestone and they said we don’t require all of that. Finally I got my tires with 37% warranty!!! I have a warranty but still need to pay an inflated rate for my tires. And all of a sudden I didn’t need an appointment he got me in the next day. They are a huge scam and just out to rip people off and make as much money as they can. Nothing like helping and trying to take care of customers. Should have known better! And honestly if I am buying 4 new tires, the least they could do was do an alignment but NOPE he wants to charge me even more!

I was in a hurry which makes it harder to wait. The credit card computer was being used by another lengthy customer. The sales lady said they were working on getting other computer to accept cards..So, had to find cash to speed up my purchase. She never said sorry for my inconvenience or thank you.

Inquired about a set of 4 tires for my Outlander. Jenny looked them up and gave me an excellent deal on Used/New tires (about 50 miles on them). She beat everyone elses prices but about 200 for their cheapest tire. The tires I got would have been more then I could afford but because Jenny looked and found the deal I was able to afford the tires. The tech found a potentially hazardous problem with my vehicle which my husband was able to repair the same day! Thank You for having people working there that genuinely care about your customers!
