I purchased a Groupon. Could not get anyone to respond to schedule an appointment. Online has all the dates blacked out so that wasn't an option. It's been about a month and have not heard anything. I traded the Groupon in for a better company. I wouldn't waste your time

Terrible. I had a 5:30 appointment, arrived in time, and she asked me to wait 30 minutes. She also offered to reschedule for later in the day... so I can cross the bridge again? I just left. Unfortunately, I already paid with Groupon.

Scheduling online was simple! The salon is nestled in a quaint little historic building in downtown Jeffersonville, so lots of character. My 12 year old son & I were very happy with our haircuts. Already purchased another Groupon to return!
