They don't even deserve a star, it's a horrible clinic. Dr. Lia canceled an appointment for me just because I arrived a minute late. I explained to her that I should arrive on time and despite filling out the form, she and her secretary were very despotic and did not want to assist me. There is nothing professional about it, much less education. Don't come to this place, look for other options.

I wish I could give negative stars. The front desk, and phone staff are the most horrible I’ve ever seen. The communication lines are crossed EVERY time I deal with them. Leah Bowyer is a NP there and she’s too good for this place. They don’t care about nothing!! It’s traumatizing every time I deal with them. They need to be shut down. It’s sick how they treat people with such disregard and disrespect.

So I was just there with a sick fiancé .I ran a min behind before he went back and when I asked to go back this sweet women namedBrandy said they wouldn’t let me go back with him. His doctor name was Shannon Wit & the assistant, Laura. Assistant was very rude to my fiancé.. Shannon was not. This was the first time ever being told no I wasn’t allowed back. Laura is a very nasty assistant. I never leave bad reviews but this time I am. Stop being so damn rude to sick people & not letting their love ones back to be with them.

Awful, STAY AWAY!! Make my life more difficult since the start .Having to wait on my disability even longer because they wouldn't submit records even after I signed a release and they got subpoenaed.

I have been going to Life Springs for 10+ years now and they has saved my life in so many ways. I couldn't have asked for a better team to support me all these years, I've seen some of the best people come and go over time and it's still hard to this day to see them gone, but I'm very happy for them and hope their happy with the beginnings of a new chapter in their lives too. Thank you Life Springs for never giving up on me! (Everyone has a right to their opinion, it upsets me to see these negative reviews. Sometimes there are setbacks, but that doesn’t mean you stop trying or just give-up, just because of a few incidents… things happen. I’ve been through it with them here too, but you just have to keep on top of it and try even harder. Not everyone will be happy with their service, but not everybody has to be and like I said I’ve been going there for over 10yrs and I know best that people come and go and their not always perfect, but be patient and at least give them some respect, because there are very good people there! Just basically saying; just because you have had one bad incident or so there, doesn’t mean it’s ALL bad. Try again…

From someone who has struggled a ton with depression and anxiety. I would never recommend this place to even my worst enemy. They reschedule you days out from your appointment, keep rescheduling you. In my case I complained to the right people after that experience and got in to see a therapist FINALLY after months. Then my therapist moves after I only saw her twice. They start rescheduling me again. That same vicious cycle. I get in with another— she moves. Front desk wasn’t helpful at all. Super rude. Couldn’t get me scheduled with anybody else. Just kept telling me everybody was booked out until next year and that they would put me on a list. They cancelled all my other appointments. I had a full mental break and they keep acting like it’s a game. Save yourself and don’t go here. There’s good reviews for some odd reason but I can promise you won’t have anything good to say about this place.

Was told my appointment was at 2 o'clock was even given a card with the time.. I arrive 15 minutes early wait an hour only to be told that my appointment was at 1 and that I would need to come back tomorrow.. I'm so It's glad that they think I have time to take off work and do this all over again... That is absolutely ridiculous especially when there job is MENTAL HEALTH

By reading other reviews It just seems unfair how others get treated and overlooked. I went in there on the verge of desperation to get help. Instead of going to a hospital and spending 3 days to a week in their psychword I rather do it this way. I set up the appointment was told the only way I can get my medication back was to see a therapist. I previously livedin Indianapolis and was taking medicine in Indianapolis. I met my therapist eventually I cried my eyes out to her about everything and was told that I don't have to see the receptionist at the front counter to make an appointment with her she'll have them schedule me an appointment. That next week I missed a call from Lifesprings and was told to make an appointment with "Anthony".. I have no idea who Anthony is and my therapist Carol who was talking to me and watching me cry and talk about all kinds of stuff about my life never mentioned an "Anthony". So I had to schedule an appointment with Anthony To get my medicine!? I honestly give up trying to better myself because people who work at facilities like this don't care about some people like me they'll make me wait until I am almost suicidal again and that's not fair. Sitting in a room for 60 minutes with a therapist is not enough time especially when they take 3 weeks after that to tell you to make an appointment with Anthony to get your medicine. The day I'm suppose to meet "Anthony" so he can determine if I need medication or not I am emotionally drained and physically tired from working and personal stuff I am going through. I can't make this appointment today even though I met Carol September 27th 9a.m.... ugh.

Had an appointment to get the Covid 19 shot and was looked at like I was crazy when I walked in and I said I have an appointment. The girl at the counter says with who? I said a Covid 19 vaccine. She tells me oh we aren't doing them now. My response was then why allow me to make an appointment? Am I even at the right place? I was told i could come back another time as a walk-in that their hours had changed and weren't updated on the the CDC website.
