Matthew has great customer service. He is very good at communicating in a way that does not sound belittling. In my experience around the county, mechanics can be very rude and condescending. Matthew provides excellent service and I know I can rely on his staff. It's clear that he has standards and will expect his team provide the same service he does.

A 3 hour drive I couldn’t make due to work had my vehicle taken to Jasper for me I searched online for nice family owned businesses and this popped to be the best pick for me was well worth the drive finished a project in less then 2 hours within the same day it was brought in at 8 AM done before 10 AM I asked about it and got it in a week later even worked with inconvenience on scheduling the performance is great will have more work in the near future I’m happy with how things turned out recommend for sure !!!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Matt was able to get our vehicle in for repair quickly and fix it right.Didn't realize how bad the problem was until we drove it after the repairs. Now runs quiet, with no vibration noises. And, for a reasonable price. He had the car fixed while I waited, less than an hour.Matt's superior customer service skills were an added bonus.
