Horrible!!!! You have to drive to Greenwood to even rent from them. They have signs on the door depending on the day if they will be there.

Kind of a weird story. I had a storage unit. I did fall behind on my payments. I opened communications to pay my total but then the company sold the property? My contact was invalid and they auctioned my unit :) it was just some family junk but was still not happy that there was no clear way to pay the people to stop my unit from being taken. God forbid I had something important in there.
Long story short maybe search for a different storage company to use in the area.

Wanamaker Self Storage has always taken care of me since ive rented my unit. They loan you a moving truck, fair prices, and work with you in terms of unit selection. Clean facility, clean units, and friendly stuff. Love this place !

Very friendly, nice and helpful with information about the storage units they had for rent.The Facility is very nice and clean. Had everything I might need boxes, locks and tape...... Also had a box truck I could use I was really surprised I have never heard of a facility furnishing a box truck! That saved me about 200 - 300 bucks I'm a very happy customer would recommend

Overall great place to store. Free truck to move in! Prompt notice by staff when break in near our unit. Thankfully we didn't have a loss and they increased security promptly to prevent further break ins. However somewhat expensive and periodic increases in rates but served my temporary needs.

Dustin was extremely helpful with helping out and ensuring my needs were met. The place is clean and I never had an issue there. Prices are reasonable, would rent a unit here again if needed.
