I’ve had a crazy experience here…but mostly because I am indecisive and struggle to make decisions! My salesman, Will, has been so incredibly patient, accommodating, and helpful throughout this process. Customer satisfaction truly is his ultimate goal! Busy guy, but he always pulls through!! Highly recommend Urban Styles and ask for Will.

We had the pleasure of working with will to purchase a dining room set. He was amazing and knew exactly what we needed. He even did our measurements based off of our Zillow so that we could buy right away. Great experience plus we got great table!

Moved to Indy in February of 2023 - worked with Will and he was AWESOME! So much so, I went back 2 more times - including to order a couch and have it shipped to NJ when I moved back a year later. He is responsive, knowledgeable and leads with Customer Service. I would recommend him to anyone who needs some furniture.

We bought a couch with a chaise end. Because our house is so small it was kind of problem with the chaise side and the only way we could arrange it. I had an idea of how to fix by purchasing a new cushion if available.I sent a message on Facebook and they got back with me quickly. Not only were they pleasant to deal with they said we would have a cushion in 10 days! FREE! I was prepared to buy one. Very pleased us an understatement we were prepared to sell couch if needed to fund a new one because it didn't fit the way we wanted.Thank you so much!The day you called was a bad day and having a small win getting a free cushion to fix our issue helped brighten a very dark day.

Hard pass!! My furniture never showed up. I waited 3+ months for my dining set. I couldn’t host Thanksgiving or Christmas waiting for furniture to arrive. And finally when it did show up it was the wrong color. They knew it was wrong and delivered it anyway hoping I’d take it.Just go elsewhere.

2 stars explanation below:We bought a new couch from them and added on a warranty through the company they partner with. Having 3 dogs at the time, we liked having the peace of mind in the event that the couch incurred damage which didn’t take very long.Working with the warranty company was a nightmare and they denied the claim based on the assumption that the damage was accumulated over time and not a singular “incident”.I reached out to Urban Styles to let them know my dissatisfaction with the warranty company and did not hear back (which was months ago). This is the reason for the 2 stars. Until I hear back it will stay at 2 stars.Edit: updated to 1 star due to lack of follow up.

We won the sectional giveaway and we love this couch! We purchased the ottoman to go with it and it’s absolutely incredible! We haven’t had a couch that fits our family perfectly and we all fell asleep on couch comfortably. Everyone was so kind to answer our questions, send us measurements and load it in our uhaul! We know where we can go for good furniture now!

Following this, the store manager (Mike) was able to assist me and explain the situation further. The manufacturer didn't want to cover the damage, so Urban Styles decided they would provide a new ottoman for me if I returned my damaged one. They are going to continue discussing with the manufacturer to get their replacement. This was extremely helpful and I'm grateful they offered to eat the cost while fighting the manufacturers warranty. Thank you all!

I bought the most beautifulllllllll side board here! The employees were nice and super helpful. I shopped with Mike, he was awesome. They were accommodating when I wasn’t able to take it home right away because of having the wrong car with me. When I came back, it was packed up nicely ready to go! Can’t wait to shop with them again! ?

James Welch was a great salesman. My friend and I Jenny were in there for over an hour. When we finally found what we wanted he went out of his way to take care of us.
