Really enjoying my time living at CityWay. No apartment is perfect, but the fact that the staff is so attentive and responsive, says a lot. For example:
Jada was incredibly helpful with ensuring a smooth move in after some travel difficulties for my cross-country move, and she has been delightful each time I come to the office with questions or concerns.
The maintenance team as well, has been extraordinary. The two times I've put in a service request on the portal, I've gotten help the same day from Ashton. He's incredibly thorough, kind, and detail oriented.
I'll just say this - I've lived in a lot of apartments over the past 10 years, and no matter how nice the amenities, units, or views are, if the staff is not top notch, it can make or break the experience. So I'm so glad I went with CityWay.

Great location and amenities. Maintenance team is professional, friendly and quick to address any issues. Put in a request late at night for a smoke alarm battery change. Paul showed up the very next day and was done in a couple of minutes. Thank you.

Arrogant, condescending, and incompetent staff. I came into Indy (August 3rd) from Ann Arbor, MI (4.5 hour drive) to get apartment information. At the end of the day, I decided to get some brief information from CityWay’s leasing office. After finding it, there were approximately 10 minutes until closing (4:50 pm). Upon entry, I immediately felt unwelcome. I was looked at as if I came into the wrong building without permission. I said, “sorry I am here right before closing.” The man looked at me and said, “what?”. I repeated myself. He had the same response, acting confused. I said I would like to learn more about the apartments and potentially tour in the future. Before I could finish, he cut me off, scoffed, and said that’s not possible. I told him I understood, and I was not expecting a tour now, given the time constraints. I then asked for some basic information like floor plans. He tossed a pen and notepad at me, telling me to write my email down. I said no thanks and left. I don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. He could’ve easily said, “I’m sorry, we don’t have time for any viewings, but I’d be happy to send some video tours.” Customer service is not rocket science. I should’ve listened to the other reviews highlighting their lack of emotional intelligence, customer service skills, and ability to behave in a professional manner. I am concerned, given other reviews and my experience that this apartment complex may be targeting a certain demographic. Lastly, the man in question was a blonde, blue-eyed , Caucasian man working at 4:50 pm August 3rd at the leasing office.

My uncle and I did a self guided tour as well as a full tour with Jada Brown. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Both tours were very informative and my uncle was very impressed by their amenities. I do hope he chooses to live there so I can visit. Only time will tell, but if the rest of the staff is as nice as Jada, he decision should be an easy one.

Simon from maintenance was great! He’s kind and very helpful. I had requests in from damage done by prior residents and he went above and beyond in fixing them as well as giving my apartment cosmetic touch ups to make it feel just like home!

I love living at City Way. With all the amenities they have to offer, it’s a shame I haven’t gotten around to using any of them but I plan to do so before the summer ends. I live next to the railroad tracks and have gotten use to the train coming and going several times throughout the day and night - the windows do a pretty good job with keeping noise to a minimum. My only issue is I hear the folks above me stomping all throughout the day and night. Either ceilings/floors are thin or someone has some thick heavy feet!

CityWay has great staff. The leasing office folks are kind, and the maintenance team is fantastic. Whether they are super busy or short-handed, the maintenance guys are always nice. I especially want to give a big shout-out to Paul in the maintenance team. He has always gone the extra mile for us. Appreciate it!

Absolutely horrible management. They lost my application despite me having a confirmation email of my application and having bank records that I paid the deposit.after making several calls to understand the situation, they stopped responding as they figured out my number. The entire management is flawed starting from leasing agents who are rude and frankly too lazy to do their jobs and it spreads to senior management that encourages this behavior. They are only in business because most residents are new to Indy area and have limited options for housing. I would never let my anyone I know stay here.

CityWay is a beautiful and very well maintained complex, their differing amenities exceeded my expectations. The staff was knowledgeable, eager to assist in any way and more pleasant than most I've encountered in my residence search Downtown!

I had some trouble with the packaging software, I asked the desk and a guy named Jake came over and helped me out. Great guy and extremely helpful. Awesome experience so far!

In the process of moving out from City Way and came down to ask some questions about close out, turning in my keys, and turning in my parking pass.
I spoke to a young man named Jake who answered each question thoroughly. He was definitely a lifesaver!
I had a great experience at City Way. If I wasn’t moving for work, I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else downtown. A clean and safe apartment with wonderful amenities and staff. I would give City Way a 10 out of 5 if I could!
