Their commercial is so creepy and constant that I would never even consider using this company. I'm not sure who they are trying to slam with "unlike some people", but if I did know, they would be my first phone call when I needed a home loan.

I was a first-time homebuyer who was attempting to navigate the homebuying process without a broker. Chris Rimar led me through the entire process. His response time was amazing. It seemed like any time, day or night, he would respond to my questions instantly. I can not tell you how much of a relief it is to have someone by your side truly working as an advocate for you. I Highly recommend working with Chris for any of your mortgage needs. I will contact him the next time I am ready to buy a house.

Waited over 3 months for a refi, it took so long we forgot about it The service took so long with us forgetting about it my wife had got a credit card to save some money somewhere. That was just two weeks before closing but tried to blame the entire 3 month wait on that The service isn't what is advertised on Wfni or The Fan They use creative wording or omitted financial information when asked directly about the information and the amounts. What they quoted as charging for loan versus all the fees at the end to raise the amount They pass the blame and ownership of issues and deflect it back at you. The customer service as whole is awful, specially the supervision. They ll throw around information with the intention of making you feel d*** Overall I would not ever recommend them to go through, we were going back and fourth between chase and Ryan Kelly and they said what they could to get you into the door

Talk to a expert, unloaded all my documents with no response. Been over a week. Called wells Fargo was approved within 3 hours of uploading my docs with an great low rate. They are all over the radio but customer service has some work to do.

Over 3 months after their “5” minute approval and was denied. On pins and needles for THREE MONTHS! do yourself a favor and go to a real lender, not one that runs his mouth on the radio. All it is is running his mouth. He doesn’t care about you.

They remove negative reviews. Approved me for about 60% of what my bank did and counted rental income as a expense all while making promises they never kept. Seemed like it was their first mortgage ever. Have no idea how they're in business

Ryan and his team did our refinance in March 2020 and we were very satisfied. Application on-line was super easy and quick. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. What stood out the most is how quickly they responded and kept the process moving.
