Called this shop to schedule an estimate and whoever owns the number answered quickly said “bye” and hung up, when I called back it went to voicemail and they sent me a text saying “Can I call you later?”. Kinda weird.

Rude. Seemed annoyed that I even opened the door. Did not want to answer any questions When I pressed for clarification he was rude. I believe I was dealing with the owner. Obviously did not use this company and can't advise anyone to bother wasting their time. It's sad because he became highly recommended by my brother who it seemed he had done really good work for. I asked my brother about it and maybe I caught them on a bad day. But inconsistency is something I would want to know about before spending my money with that company.***Edited to add after response.I think there was a miscommunication. I searched Google website for info. If I overlooked it that's my bad. I suggest adding "walk-ins NOT welcome" on your front door, if that's the reality. I got two other free estimates within the hour of leaving. I came to you first not knowing the procedure, I have never done this before. I never intended to be demanding. I guess this misunderstanding explains your behavior. I thought maybe no one gives free estimates. In fact maybe just you who does not. You told me multiple times "it's because it's America". I'm sorry that that's your opinion of our Country. I'm also concerned the language barrier may have created tension between us and caused a misunderstanding. I got a quote to get my hood done from two other places. The Doctors touch is the one I'm going with and he will do my hood for $595 at the doctor's touch. They can tell there is very little rust but the clear coat is gone. I don't wish anything bad but I thought the feedback might help you and your future customers. You weren't very interested in talking to me. Respectfully

My car was towed to super Shine Auto Body from another Collision auto shop due to other problem unrelated to fixing the car, but I am so glad it came to Frank's shop recommended by AAA tow truck driver, I wish I knew his name. The front of my 2019 Rogue was torn up, I am happy to report that Frank and his great auto technicians restore my baby like it was never in an accident. I was happy to see my car all done in three weeks from the time it was taken to them, and it would have been earlier if it wasn't for the parts, they were waiting for in order to complete the work. I gave Frank five stars for his communications with me, his integrity and his quality of work. I strongly recommend this place if you find yourself in unfortunate car accident (which I hope will never happen for anybody) but if it happens and your car need major repair, Frank and his crews are your car doctor. Thank you, Frank.

SuperShine is the best repair shop! The owner is honest and does excellent work. I’ve had my car there several times and he always goes out of his way to help me. I recently had the frame of my head liner become unattached. The Subaru dealer told me it couldn’t be fixed and that I would have to have a completely new headliner costing me $1000. I took the car to SuperShine and he stopped what he was working on, took a look at it, and then got some clips and fixed the problem, all in less than 10 min. He didn’t even charge me for the clips let alone his expertise and labor! Another time I had the rear body repaired and painted by SuperShine. He did an excellent job. Looked like new when he finished! As a bonus he removed the hazy film from my head light and they looked brand new too! The work he does is very reasonably priced. He’s so honest and does such great work I would gladly pay him more!Services: Body & Trim

My 2016 BMW X1 looks like new after they repaired and repainted several tailgate scratches resulting from a mishap with my garage door. They also cleaned my car inside and out - it looks better than it did in the dealership showroom. I strongly recommend Super Shine.Service: Painting

Myo kept us up-to-date about every change, helped us understand what our insurance AND the rental car company needed, and was ready to explain and show us every bit that needed done to the car (and it was a lot of work). Their team did a great job with the repairs and returned the car in even better condition than we could have expected. my 2013 mustang got backed into at work. called them up, got me a quote same day and had a check from insurance the next day. dropped it off and in a week got it back better than when i dropped it off! 9 year old car with 70k miles and looks like i just drove it off the showroom floor. great service, fantastic work, and even better people. cannot recommend them enough to anyone who needs any work. i won't send anybody anywhere else if somebody asks or needs work i'm sending them here! 100% will use again if i need to. also paint has a lifetime warranty. would give them 6 stars if i could, won't find a better shop in townServices: Painting

Myo and his business practices are exactly what we need more of in the world today! He is honest, fair, and provides excellent work and service. My daughter’s car was classified as totaled from our insurance. Myo has it looking new again. He says what he does and does what he says. I can tell he puts his heart into his business and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. I would recommend this business to anyone and will go nowhere else if I ever need work done again. Thank you, Myo! You should be proud of the business you provide!

Took my Challenger there after being in a crash, not knowing what to expect. After getting it back rather quickly, I was definitely impressed with the work, it looked as if though my Challenger was brand new. The inside of the car was detailed as well as the outside. My wheel was pretty well scratched up and dented and the majority of the paint was gone. Not only did they replace my old wheel, they applied a fresh coat of paint to it and gave me the old wheel looking brand new. Highly recommend this place to anyone. Very impressed, great work and very professional. Went above and beyond, thank you again!

I think for $150 it was a very poor value, didn’t even clean the center consoles. Really just cleaned the carpets and wiped down the dash. Would not go there again, pretty disappointed.
