I think the store is fantastic such original clothing things that you can’t find anywhere else. And the owner of the store has such a good spirit you can tell she loves what she does.

Stopped by at about 11:35 am … doors are locked.Update… the doors were locked. Maybe you forgot to unlock them but the store appeared to be closed. Which is consistent with the other reviews.

I've been wanting to check this store out for a while now. The window display has always caught my eye so I was excited when I was able to go in during their business hours. Once I was inside I did feel awkward since no one really tried to talk to me at first. It almost made me want to leave but I saw a shirt that caught my eye so I did stick around because I was contemplating if it was worth the $78. Nevertheless, I'm glad I did stick around since the person working there (I'm sorry I didn't catch your name :( ) began to talk to me about the clothes. It was comforting when she talked to me so I appreciated it. She talked to me about how long the store has been open for and the current events on Mass Ave. I found it all very interesting! She also provided me with ideas of what I could wear with the skirt I also purchased. I left happy and overall, I think it's still a nice store that you can go to and check out when you're on Mass Ave.

i was super excited to come in, knowing this cute store opens up @ 12 on sundays but waiting 40 minutes now, doors did not open :( i’ll hope to come back, if i even ever come back to indianapolis

0 stars! I've heard so many amazing things about this Boutique. Unfortunately I went in and I don't think I've ever had a " you're invisible" experience until this. I don't think I have EVER walked into a boutique and not been greeted, asked for help, etc. Unfortunately, I saw and wanted 2 beautiful dresses and gave the benefit of the doubt that eventually, someone will engage with me. I walked around for less then 10 minutes with awkward silences and almost a forced conversation with the other customer in the store from the associate. Customer service and inclusivity is sooo important, needless to say I did not purchase the 2 dresses I really wanted. I couldn't force myself to give support or business to a place that intentionally disregarded my presence in their facility. :/

When I was visiting a friend, I happened upon this boutique. I fell in love with a pair of boots here and I purchased them. Unfortunately one of the boots started to break a little (likely a defect since Emu is quality), but I saw that the brand had a guarantee for replacement. I called Sage boutique and even though I don't live in the area they got me a pair of replacement boots and sent them to me in Massachusetts. Now that is excellent customer service. Thank you.

Service here is great, the owner/manager is super nice and helpful. She gave my mom and I plenty of details about the product as we shopped through the store, and she even let my dad bring our dog in to sit around as we shopped. The product is higher priced but definitely quality stuff that justifies the price. Really well made.

Love! Love! Love! Fun and unique styles in shoes, clothing and jewelry. Wonderful to be able to shop somewhere in Indy that is not a typical "box" store.

The sign on the door said open at 11. We waited until20 mins after and the door remained locked. Super disappointed, as I don't live anywhere near here. Call before you go!
