The Staff are fantastic. Especially Julia and Sophia. They made our trauma easier to bear. Mack is a must see when you enter the doors. We have made a lot of people we call friends. I don't know what we would have done without the RMDH!

It's the staff for me. I am not a fan of the lady that checked us in. She was SO RUDE. And so unhelpful. The southbend location is way better than in indy.

Do the realize that people are sleeping in their cars because they are not open during covin19? Do I think they care? No I don't, people cannot afford a hotel while their kids are in the hospital at riley. So they have no choice but to sleep in their cars
