DO NOT USE. This is by far one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. They beat to there own drum and hold your money. My non-profit chorus ordered a costume. At first, they said they could meet our deadline but the prototype they created was NOTHING like was we asked. Soon we quickly found out that they couldn't meet the deadline AND refused to return our money. We are still battling them on the money front.... Whatever you do make them make the product first and then pay! I highly recommend going to another company all together.

Friendly staff, met all our needs on time. Great people to work with. I would recommend anyone serious about show choir or pageantry arts look into Rivar's.

Many thanks to Alyssa and the Rivars team! They managed to provide us with 150 beutiful red velvet tunics in just a few weeks. That including shipping all the way to Sweden. Very good service and we just love our new clothes! Berit

I am in charge of ordering for a 36 member show choir. I ordered 12 suit jackets. The price in the catalog was $55. I was charged $85 with no resolution. I was sent 8 pair of pants of one style and 4 pair of pants in a different style and was supposed to accept them with no hesitation. I also ordered 24 custom dresses. I was informed by my account manager the dresses ran smaller than street size. I was given a sizing chart, no sizing garments, and had to decide which sizes to order. Out of 24 dresses 6 fit!!! 6!!! When I questioned the pattern I was offered a fix of taking in each garment 2 inches. This of course does nothing when the pattern itself is horrible. All 18 dresses still look horrible!!! If you are considering using Rivars, don't!! Run to another company as fast as you can!!!
