Experiencing services with property manager Mrs. Lodita Tate at Indy 7925 Apartment complex has been a very excellent, professional experience. I'm in the process of renting a beautiful, spacious 2bedroom 2bath unit. I appreciated she took her time out to show me around. She showed me their great amenities of swimming pool, exercise room, a public park with a pond, a public playground, If you have a family & looking to move to Indiana, Indianapolis. April and The staff are OUTSTANDING! Please let the Maintenance Techs how much I appreciate them. Yes, they fixed a couple of problems that I submitted work orders for, but please note the most important thing that the two men exhibited (the supervisor and his side kick):
1. punctual
2. very polite and professional and very respectful
3. patient and understanding
4. completed the work order(s) and did a very good job
5. I am very happy that we have qualified workers with great "Customer Service"

This place is a great place to live for a single person or a family.The community is clean and has a nice scenery around it. Any and every concern, question or need that I ever had while being a resident in the community has been met and addressed. The office staff is always very kind and pleasant to talk to and has made me feel like this is my home.

I love my new home, So far since I’ve moved in the office has value my concerns and are efficient with any maintenance request submitted. April always has a smile on her face making you feel welcome when speaking with her. Great place to reside, close to two highways, few miles from grocery stores, restaurants and gas stations.

This property is beautiful and well-maintained. The office staff is easy to work with and they always treat me as if I am family. I recommend Pheasant Run Apartments.

These apartments are over priced and ran down. They don’t fix anything they charged me for appliances they never supplied. I was tripled charge on my account causing my rent to fluctuate from 16-1800$. The rent portal is always down you can never pay your rent on time and to top it off they are infested with bugs. The office staff are rude and will try and blame you for them not fixing things. This place doesn’t deserve any star. I wouldn’t advise anyone to rent from them

First night was kinda rough, but with the help of André & Tati, those problems were handled quickly and professionally. The hallways are horrible as far as cleanliness, could use a weekly cleanup. Other than that, glad to call this my new home!☺️

I have been living at Pheasant Run for 3 months and I love calling this my home. April and TaTi are very nice and helpful. I love that they have events for the residence. They also make sure service calls are taken care of promptly. If your looking for a new home, I suggest Pheasant Run.

I have been living here for a year now. I was considering moving. But now we have new office staff and they are absolutely wonderful. When i have a maintenance request they get right on it. April and Tati are amazing. I’m glad to have them . Keep up the good work ladies .
