Ted was who helped me. He happened to be filling in for the day but I think he is ususally at the Avon store. I started looking for matresses on my own, online. It made me really stressed. There are so many matresses out there. So i called matress firm to ask a few questions. He answered them all and more. So i went in while he was there. My experience was amazing. He took his time with me. Wasn't pushy. Didn't try to get me to buy the most expensive. Did everything he could to keep me in my price range and did. Was very relaxed and he had me take my time to find the best matess that fits me and my husband. I highly recommend matress firm. They have most brands in the store and they are very educated on all of the products as well.

When we first purchased our 2 split king mattresses salesman was great and delivered in a timely manner. However both mattress were different even though they were the same Saavta Classic. One was really soft and saggy the other was ok.
Sales rep called and said she would replace both mattresses.
My thinking was we might as well send both back and start new. Hindsight I should’ve kept one of the first ones as it was the most comfortable out of the four.
When we got the replacement they again were different in comfort levels one was firm and one was softer.
The strange thing was that all four mattresses had different comfort levels even though they were supposed to be the same.
Very disappointing.

My husband and I met with Kim today at Matress Firm. We knew what problems we had with our current mattress (too thick, which caused me to need a step stool, a pillowtop, and my back issues), and were searching for a solution. Kim provided such excellent options and solutions that we unaware existed. I can't wait for the wonderful night's sleep we will have with our adjustable frame and firm mattress. Thank you Kim, and Mattress Firm.
