Availability for a couple massage was very very limited. I answered 10 minutes of questions on the phone just to book the appointment . We arrived 10 minutes early. We had to wait for an open iPad only to answer 10 more minutes of the exact same questions. I’ve answered less questions to have surgery than to get a massage. The masseuse called us back as we were handing the iPads back to the front desk, so I know they never even reviewed it and then asked us all the exact same questions or a third time . The amount of time it took to answer all the questions was then used to cut our massage short.

Very disappointed.. My appointment that I made in at the Ironworks Massage Heights was canceled not even 10 minutes after booking. I understand things happen, but don't have same-day availability if you're going to end up cancelling. Glad to take my business elsewhere
